Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and registration

• Submitting a registration request and completing payment constitutes explicit acceptance of these terms and conditions and the cancellation policy.
• A booking is not confirmed until the full payment (or the specified deposit) is received and a confirmation is issued by Dairy Travel.
• The information entered (names, phone number, number of travellers, travel documents) must be correct and match the official documents; the customer is responsible for any error.
• Seats are limited and allocated in order of completed payment. A seat is held temporarily for 30 minutes only while the payment is being made, after which it is released to other customers.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are per person in the currency shown on the package and include only what is explicitly listed in the package description.
• Payment is made online through a secure payment gateway; Dairy Travel does not store your card details.
• Any bank charges or currency conversion differences are borne by the customer.

3. Cancellation and refund policy

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the travel date: refund after deducting a 25% administrative fee.
• Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the travel date: 50% of the package value is refunded.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the travel date, or no-show: no refund.
• Match tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once issued, under any circumstances.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 working days from the date the cancellation is approved.
• Cancellation requests are accepted in writing only, via WhatsApp or the email address shown on the website; the date the request is received applies.

4. Changes and amendments

• Name or date changes are subject to seat availability and may incur additional fees.
• If the organiser changes a match date or venue, the programme is adjusted automatically; this is not considered a cancellation and does not entitle the customer to a refund.
• Dairy Travel reserves the right to cancel the trip if the minimum number of travellers is not reached or due to force majeure, in which case the amount paid is refunded in full.

5. Documents and travel

• The customer is responsible for the validity of passports or ID cards and for obtaining the visas and permits required for entry and for attending the matches. Passports must be valid for at least six months after the travel date.
• Travellers must comply with the announced gathering and departure times; arriving late is treated as a no-show.
• Travellers must comply with the laws of the host country and the regulations of the stadiums and the organiser.

6. Limitation of liability

• Dairy Travel acts as an intermediary between the customer and the service providers (transport, hotels, organisers) and is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by these parties or by circumstances beyond its control.
• The package does not include health or travel insurance unless explicitly stated; customers are advised to obtain it.

7. Contact

• In case of any discrepancy between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version prevails.
